摘    要:对楔形掏槽爆破进尺的影响因素进行了分析,结果表明, 掏槽角度是决定楔形掏槽爆破进尺极限值的最主要因素; 而掏槽角度又受断面宽度和凿岩台车推进梁长度的影响, 基于此给出了楔形掏槽爆破进尺极限值的计算公式。分析结果表明:辅助掏槽孔底部抵抗线在某些情况下可以转变为影响爆破进尺的主控因素。在东天山隧道的工程应用结果证明了本文对爆破进尺影响因素分析的正确性和所提计算公式的合理性。

Abstract:The influencing factors for the footage of blasting with wedge cut pattern were analyzed. The results show that the cutting angle is the most important factor in determining the footage limit for wedge cutting blasting. However, the cutting angle is affected by the cross-section width and the length of the propelling beam of a drilling jumbo. On the basis of this, the calculation formula is proposed for the footage limit of blasting with wedge-shaped cut. Results show that the burden at the bottom of hole for the auxiliary cut can be changed into the main controlling factor affecting the blasting footage in some cases. The engineering application results in the East Tianshan Tunnel have proved that the analysis of the factors affecting the blasting footage is correct and the calculation formula proposed in this paper is reasonable.
