| 摘 要： | <正>确安装冲裁模具,对冲压高质量的产品是至关重要的。在模具安装过程中,首先要考虑到冲压机的闭合高度与模具的闭合高度要相配套,其次要考虑到模具安装的顺序和方法,确定合理的紧固螺栓和拧紧力以及正确的安装位置,是延长模具使用寿命和高质量产品的重要工作。

| Abstract: | The correct installation of blanking die is very important to the quality of products. During the installation process of the blanking die, the combination between the shut height of stamping machine and the die shut height must be considered firstly, and then the installation sequence and methods need to be considered. Finally, it is proved that the determination of the reasonable tightening of the fastening bolts, power and the correct installation position is the important work on the extension of die life and assurance measures for the high-quality products. |
