低相对分子质量聚烯烃的制取工艺

摘    要:研究了采用不同催化剂进行低相对分子质量聚烯烃合成时 ,温度、压力、相对分子质量调节剂用量及溶剂种类对聚合反应的影响。结果表明 ,氢气作为相对分子质量调节剂制取低相对分子质量聚烯烃时非常有效 ,温度可以影响催化剂活性 ,而溶剂种类则影响产品的相对分子质量分布。

Abstract:Low relative molecular mass polyolefins have been used widely as additives in polymer processing as well as in cosmetics and other fine chemical materials.The influence on polymerization with different catalysts of the amount of relative molecular mass regulator,reaction temperature and pressure,co-monomer and solvent was investigated.It is found that hydrogen as molecular mass regulator can be effective in producing low relative molecular mass polyolefins.Temperature can influence catalyst activities and the solvent used can influence the relative molecular mass distribution and a bi-modal distribution can be seen in the case of heptane.
