| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方血栓通胶囊联合辛伐他汀片对合并有高血脂症的颈动脉粥样硬化的作用。方法:将合并有高血脂症的颈动脉粥样硬化患者78例随机分为两组,对照组36例予口服辛伐他汀片,治疗组42例在口服辛伐他汀片基础上加服复方血栓通胶囊,观察治疗前后颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、斑块面积、斑块数量以及血脂:胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的变化。结果:两组颈动脉粥样斑块IMT变薄、斑块面积缩小及斑块数量减少,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);治疗组颈动脉粥样斑块IMT变薄、斑块面积缩小及斑块数量减较对照组明显(P0.01)。两组治疗后TC、TG和LDL-C有明显下降,同时HDL-C升高,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。治疗组甘油三酯降低明显优于对照组(P0.01)。两组均无明显不良反应。结论:复方血栓通胶囊可使颈动脉粥样斑块缩小、血脂降低,从而降低脑血管事件的发生。
