慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并高血糖患者强化血糖控制的护理

目的研究护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并高血糖患者强化血糖控制中的意义。方法采用同期、平行、随机对照试验的方法对研究对象的疗效进行分析。结果经治疗和有效的护理后实验组治疗有效率为86.5%,高于对照组62.5%,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。实验组的平均住院天数（12.1±4.7）d,明显短于对照组（16.3±13.3）d,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。实验组病死率为4.1%,对照组病死率为7.5%,两组病死率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论合理的护理措施和强化血糖控制能提高患者的治疗有效率。

Care of intensive glucose control on the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with hyperglycemia

Objective To study meaning of Care of intensive glucose control on the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with hyperglycemia.Methods Analysis the efficacy of patients over the method of same period,parallel,randomized controlled trials.Results The treatment effective rate of the experimental group（86.5%）was higher than the control group（62.5%）after treatment and effective care,There was significantly different,P0.05.the average length of hospital stay（12.1±4.7） days significantly shorter than the control group（16.3±13.3）days,P0.05.However,Mortality rate was no significant difference between experimental group（4.1%）and control group（7.5%）,（P0.05）.Conclusion The methods of intensive glucose control and effective care can improve the efficiency of treatment of patients.
