| 摘 要： | 88例角膜移植,出院时植片透明愈合率65.9％,2～38个月期间随访到65例,植片透明率70.8％。其中用长期保存脱水角膜进行板层角膜移植65例,随访到44例,植片透明率为81.8％。在紧急情况下,为挽救眼球可用保存的全厚角膜暂代新鲜角膜行眼前节外膜重建术。

| Abstract: | Ketratoplasties With both preserved and fresh corneal grafts were performed in 88 patients ( 88 eyes ),with a clear healing rate 69.5% on discharge from hospital. Sixty-five cases were followed up for 2-38 months with a clear healing rate of 70.8%. Partial penetrating keratoplasties were done in 14 cases aad 13 were followed up with a clear healinagrate of 69.2%. In 65 cases, lamellar keratoplasties with dehydrated preserved corneal material were done and 44 were followed up with a clear healing rate 81.8%. It is elear that long-term preserved cornea could be used instead of fresh cornea,not only in routine lamellar keratoplasty but also on emergency in order to save the eyeball. |
