摘    要:当前电力系统已提出了不少基于高精度时钟的测量与控制技术,但是由于时钟信号的误差过大或稳定性差,这些技术很难在一些对时钟精度和稳定性要求高且关系电力系统经济与稳定运行的重要领域(如电力系统继电保护等领域)中得到实际应用。根据晶振信号同步GPS信号的一元二次回归数学模型,估计GPS时钟随机误差的统计方差和晶振的累计误差,并对晶振时钟进行实时修正,产生基于CPLD的高精度时钟。

Abstract:At present, the stability of the clock working in the power system is very poor, and cant respond to the request of simultaneous measurement in the power system. In order to solve above - mentioned problems, a high accurate clock based on a quadratic regression model for crystal oscillator in synchronism with GPS-clock is designed in this paper, the square-error of GPS-clock and the accumulative error of crystal oscillator are estimated. With the accumulative error compensated, high accurate clock based on the CPLD is produced.
