| Abstract: | In this paper the author introduced the important properties of TiB 2 and BN ,also introduced the major research trends and research results about TiB 2 and BN . Simultaneously reported the main properties of TiB 2-BN compound ceramics and the achieved level about the TiB 2-BN compound evaporator in metal evaporation industry presently , and recommended some suggestion for solving the problems about the TiB 2-BN compound evaporator. |
