| 摘 要： | 由于高锰酸钾的氧化能力较弱,不能够将污染较重的水样中的有机质充分氧化,使测定结果不准确。而多次稀释会给测定结果的计算带来了误差。根据多年的实践,推荐适用此方法测定的最佳水样浓度范围。

| Abstract: | Organism in heavier polluted water sample cannot be oxidized enough because of weak oxidizing ability of permanganate, which aroused inaccurate results of measurement, and dilutions of many times could result in deviation in measurement. The best concentration scope of water samples was recommended to detect permanganate value based on many years' experience of the authors. |
