老年人孤立性、继发性房颤与KCNQ1多态性探讨

摘    要:目的:研究KCNQ1基因多态性与老年人孤立性、继发性心房颤动的关系。方法:选出老年人孤立性心房颤动患者15例,继发性房颤35例,无心房颤动同期住院患者65例为病房对照组,年轻健康体检对照组100例,应用基因芯片技术检测病例组与对照组KCNQ1基因多态性。结果:在深圳汉族人未发现KCNQ1 G等位基因,各研究组GS GG基因型频率为0。结论:本研究未发现KCNQ1 G等位基因,KCNQ1基因多态性与老年人孤立性、继发性心房颤动无相关性。

Relationship beteen Lone Atrial Fibrillation or Secondary Atrial Fibrillation in Aged People and KCNQ 1 Gene Polymorphisms

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the association of KCNQ1 gene polymorphisms with lone atrial fibrillation or secondary atrial fibrillation in aged people. Methods:The study included 15 lone atrial fibrillation patients and 35 sec ondary atrial fibrillation in aged people and 65 controls, 100 heathy controls. Gene chip was performed. Results :KCNQ1 G alleles was scare. No statistically significant diffence was,observed in KCNQ1 genotype distribution. Conclusion: We have not found relationship between KCNQ1 gene polymorphisms and lone atrial fibrillation or secondary atrial fibrillation in aged people.
