数控加工三维空间刀具半径补偿算法研究

摘    要:为解决数控加工三维刀具半径补偿问题,研究了空间直线加工刀具半径补偿原理及实现方法,提出采用矢量算法求解编程轨迹刀心点坐标的方法,利用空间直线参数方程及空间直线公垂线性质解决转接点坐标,推导出适合于三维刀具半径补偿的通用公式,避免了由于转接角的不同造成的转接点的复杂求解及投影算法造成的误差。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of 3D tool radius compensation in CNC processing ,the theory and method of cutter radius compensation in 3D linear processing were studied .In this pa-per ,we proposed a method to solve programming trace tool center point coordinate using the vec-tor algorithm ,got the switching point coordinates using the space linear parameter equation and spatial line nature ,and derived a general formula for three-dimensional tool radius compensation , to avoid the errors caused by the complicated method and projection algorithm for different switc-hing angles and transfer points .
