基于Workbench的钢丝绳疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:通过建立IWRC1×7单股钢丝绳三维模型,基于CAD-CAE协同仿真平台Workbench对其进行静力分析和疲劳分析,得到钢丝绳内部应力分布以及交变载荷下钢丝绳疲劳寿命云图,指出其疲劳破坏点位置。通过修改疲劳载荷比例和比例因子的值,获得多组疲劳寿命值,记录钢丝绳疲劳寿命与载荷比例和比例因子的对应关系,指出疲劳寿命随载荷幅值增大而减小。

Abstract:Setting up the model IWRC1×7 wire rope in 3-dimension software Solidworks,and conducting static analysis and fatigue analysis in CAD-CAE peracollaboration platform Workbench,through which we get the equivalent stress and fatigue life of wire rope,and obtain the fatigue damage points.By modifying the loading ratio and scale factor,get groups of fatigue life values of wire rope.Finally,record and arrange the fatigue life value of wire rope under different combination of loading ratio and scale factor in a table,and find out that the fatigue life of wire rope decreases when the load amplitude increasing.
