摘    要:为了研究陶瓷的自洁、杀菌性能,文章以普通釉面陶瓷为载体,用溶胶凝胶法在其表面负载了纳米TiO2薄膜,制备了TiO2/陶瓷,并分别以甲醛模拟废水和红城湖水进行了自洁和杀菌实验。结果表明在4W紫外灯和太阳光下,对甲醛的降解率分别达到80%以上和50%以上。海口市红城湖水样在TiO2/陶瓷作用下,以4W紫外灯和太阳光为光源的灭菌率均达99%以上。表明TiO2/陶瓷有良好的自洁和灭菌性能。

Abstract:To study the ability of photocatalytic self-cleaning and antibacterial,TiO2/ceramics was prepared with sol-gel method.Formaldehyde and water sample from Hongcheng Lake,Haikou City were used to carry on experiments of photocatalytic degradation of organic compounds and bacterial removing.Results indicated that the degradation rate of formaldehyde exceeded 80% and 50% with 4W low pressure mercury lamp and sunlight as light source separately.The removal efficiency of bacteria was all above 99% with the two lights,which indicated that TiO2/ceramics has good ability for photocatalytic self-cleaning and antibacterial.
