气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)事故原因分析及建议

摘    要:针对临沂供电公司GIS组合电器事故,运用常规与非常规化学、电气试验手段,对GIS SF6 CT气室中闪络故障前后气体成分及CT气室内的材料进行排查试验,分析了事故原因,指出事故是由内置式CT气室内的丁腈橡胶板中的腐蚀性硫与气室内触头等镀银件反应形成硫化银,最终开成导电通道,引起CT气室闪络击穿.并提出了预防发生此类事故的具体措施.

Abstract:Recently,flashover faults of GIS occur frequently in power supply systems.Examinations based on chemical and electrical experiments were carried out on the gas components and chemical materials in CT air chamber before and after happening of flashover faults.It shows that it is the corrosive sulfur existing in the butyronitrile rubber plate of CT air chamber reacts with the silver plated contacts inside CT air chamber and produce silver sulphide,thus forming an electrical path and causing flash over faults....
