帕金森病患者抑郁与脑功能相关研究

目的 研究帕金森病患者脑功能及其与抑郁发生的相关性。方法 70例患者检查脑电图(EEG)、脑电地形图(BEAM)和脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)。汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)测试患者抑郁状态,并设正常对照组。结果 伴抑郁PD患者29例,占41.4％以运动迟缓和肌强直为主;无抑郁41例,以震颤为主。伴抑郁EEG和BAEP异常10例(12/29,41.4％)和17例(17/29,58.6％),无抑郁PD患者为9例(8/41,19.5％)和14例(14/41,34.1％),2组比较,P<0.05;伴抑郁PD患者BEAM表现为双侧额叶、顶叶和中央区θ、δ相对功率显著增加(P<0.01);BAEP表现为主波潜伏期和波间期延长。HAMD分值越高,EEG、BEAM和BAEP异常率越高。结论 PD患者抑郁的发生与脑功能异常关系密切。

Study of Relativity between Depression and Brain Function in Patients with Parkinson's disease

To study the relativity between depression and brain function in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods 70 cases with PD were examined by electroencephalogram (EEG), brain electrical activity mapping (BEAM) and brain stem auditory evoked potential (BAEP). The depression was tested by Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD). Results There were 29 (41.4%) patients with PD had depression. They mainly show movement retardation and paramyotonus; in the other 41 patients with PD without depression mainly show thrill. The abnormal rate of EEG and BAEP in PD with depression were 41.4% and 58.6% , vs 19.5% and 34.1% in PD without depression, the difference was significant, P < 0,05. in double - side f rontal lobe and parietal lobe of PD with depression, 6 8 of BEAM were more than in those of PD without PD (P < 0.01), BAEP mainly show prolongation of latent period and interval of main lobe. The scales of HAMD was higher, the abnormal rate of EEG, BEAM and BAEP was higher. Conclu-sions The depression of Parkinson's diease is obviously correlated with brain function.
