摘    要:采用对比试验结果和生产现场验证法相结合的方式,通过对A356.2合金在“L”型塔式熔铝炉熔化过程中产生铝液Si含量的变化进行分析,从A356.2合金中存在Si成分偏析(共晶区域)的角度,揭示产生铝液Si含量发生变化的原因。结果表明:在特定熔化时期,铝液中Si含量发生有规律的变化,是由于塔式熔铝炉特有的“L”型熔化带结构导致产生“差流”。验证了“L”型熔化带上合金料的Si含量与保温炉铝液Si含量之问存在的差异。最后据此提出了有效的预测和控制措施。

Abstract:Based on combination of the comparison test results with production site validation method, the Si content fluctuation has been analyzed for A356.2 alloy in the L type tower melting furnace during a smelting. The reason of Si content fluctuation has been revealed from the viewpoint of Si segregation. The results show that during a special melting period, the regular fluctuation of Si content in the liquid alloy is attributed to the difference flow resulting from the special L type melting structure of the tower melting furnace, which validates the existence of difference in Si content in the liquid alloy in L type tower melting cincture and in the holding furnace. Based on the above mentioned results, the effective evaluation and countermeasures have been proposed.
