摘    要:通过对25T型提速客车用SW—220K型转向架弹性节点刚度检测方法的分析、比较,发现弹性节点采用不同检测方法对其刚度检测结果影响非常大;另外,鉴于我国橡胶制品刚度检测没有标准可循,给产品符合性检验带来不便,为了正确评判产品质量,针对弹性节点刚度检测方法提出了几点建议。

Abstract:Via analysis and comparison of the stiffness inspection method for resilient nodal points on SW-220K bogies for 25T speed increased passenger cars, it is found out that application of different inspection methods for resilient nodal points has a very great effect on the stiffness inspection results; Furthermore, since there is no standard for the stiffness inspection for rubber products in our country, and it brings inconvenience for the conformity inspection on products, in order to correctly judge the quality of products, several suggestions are given on the stiffness inspection method for resilient nodal points.
