| 摘 要： | 1979～1989年,我室建立了人脑胶质瘤的体外和体内模型,在实验肿瘤的生物学、形态学、动力学、遗传学、神经生化,免疫组化、细胞杂交、单抗分子生物学、放射免疫、生物导弹和实验治疗等多方面进行了探索,其中大部分的结果己经或即将发表。本文旨在系统归纳,以利同道检索。

| Abstract: | Recently the combined treatment of human glioma has been used and got more
eutherapeutic result than the past,however the curative effect for the glioma is
still poorer than other tumors.It is necessary to make a systimatic study for sear-
ching more effective therapy for glioma.In this paper the progress of the experi-
mental studies on human gliomas at our laboratory in this ten years is presented.
The content of analiticle as follows:(1) Methodological studies of cell culture
in vitro and tumor transplantation in vivo,(2) Characteristics analysis of the
human glioma model.(3) assay of the marker protein of S-100,GFA and NSE.
(4) Chromosome analysis of solid tumor from the nude mice bearing human glioma
and clinical cases.(5)Trials of experimental therapy.(6) Experimental study of
target-diagnosis and treatment used the ~(131)I-labelled and adriamycin immunocon-
jugates antiglioma monoglonal antibody SZ-39. |
