| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药消脂保肝饮治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效。方法:将62例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者随机分成治疗组(n=32)和对照组(n=30)。治疗组给予消脂保肝饮加减治疗,对照组给予易善复片、肝勃宁胶囊治疗,疗程均为3个月。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后血脂、肝功能指标、肝脏B超的变化,同时观察并记录所有患者的不良反应,评价治疗药物的安全性。结果:治疗组与对照组的临床总有效率分别为90.6%和70.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的ALT、AST、TC、TG、γ-GT水平均显著降低(P<0.01),但治疗组与对照组同期比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的肝脏B超病情分级均明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组改善较对照组更加明显(P<0.05)。服药过程中两组患者均未见不良反应发生。结论:消脂保肝饮具有降低血脂、改善肝功能的作用,且能明显改善患者的临床症状。
