| 摘 要： | 本文针对信息的价值和特点 ,提出了信息资产的概念 ,并对其进行了界定 ,在此基础上提出了信息资产的评估模型。最后用实例对信息资产评估作了直观分析 ,结果表明该评估方法是合理的。

| Abstract: | This paper provides a concept of information assets based on analyzing the value and character istic of information, and suggests an evaluation model that is based on the definition of information assets. It also gives an example to illustrate the evaluation of information assets directly. The results prove that the evaluation model is rational. |
