白云鄂博稀土浮选尾矿选铁试验研究

摘    要:利用高梯度磁选装置对白云鄂博稀土浮选尾矿(TFe=18%)进行了选铁试验研究,并分析了磁场强度、矿浆流速、矿浆浓度对选别效果的影响。结果表明,在粗选磁场强度0.8T、精选磁场强度0.3T、矿浆流速4.167cm/s、矿浆浓度20%的条件下,获得的铁精矿品位为46.06%、回收率为53.8%。

Abstract:The experimental research on separating iron from the flotation tailings(TFe=18%)of Bayun Obo rare-earth minerals by high-gradient magnetic separation is carried out.The effects of the magnetic field strength,the flowrate and density of pulp on separation results are analyzed.The test results showed that under the conditions of the magnetic field strength of roughing separation is 0.8T,the magnetic field strength of cleaning separation is 0.3T,the grade of iron concentrate produced by test is 46.06%,the recovery of iron is 53.8%.
