小天井锰矿采矿方案优化研究

摘    要:经多年开采,小天井锰矿现仅I号矿体保有部分矿体,由于保有部分的矿体倾角小于30°,且厚度为4.35m~5.97m,如继续采用分层崩落法进行开采,会导致采矿成本大幅度提高,同时矿山生产安全隐患也会增多。基于矿山实际情况,结合保有矿体的开采技术条件,提出人工柱锚杆房柱法开采I号矿体保有部分的矿体,经与分层崩落法进行经济技术指标对比分析,得出人工柱锚杆房柱法更适合矿山今后的开采。

Optimization Study on the Mining Scheme of Xiaotianjing Manganese Mine

Abstract:After years of mining, only I# ore body in Xiaotianjing manganese mine retain part of ore body. Due to the ore body dip angle is less than 30 °, and the thickness is 4.35m~5.97m, if it continues to use slicing and caving method to mine, the mining cost increased significantly and the mine production safety concerns will also increase. Based on the mine actual situation and the technical mining condition of the keep part of I# ore body, bolting manual pillar and room method was presented to mine ore body. With slicing and caving method for economic and technical index analysis, it is concluded that bolting manual pillar and room method more suitable for the mining of mines in the future.
