摘    要:目的:探讨大蒜素对不同年龄组小鼠血清ACTH、CORT的影响。方法:健康ICR小鼠60只,随机分为青年组和老年组;各组又分设对照组和实验组。老年组鼠是用D-半乳糖制备衰老模型。实验组喂食大蒜素14 d,对照组灌服同体积生理盐水。采用ELISA法测各组小鼠血清ACTH、CORT含量。结果:各老年组鼠的血清ACTH、CORT水平均明显低于青年组鼠(P<0.05)。青年实验组鼠的ACTH、CORT水平较青年对照组明显升高(P<0.05),老年实验组鼠较老年对照组的ACTH、CORT水平数值上有升高,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:大蒜素对HPA轴有明显上调ACTH和CORT表达的作用,尤以青年组明显。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of garlicin on plasma adrerrmrticotropic hormone(ACTH) and corticosterone(CORT) of mice in different age groups.Methods:Sixty health ICR mice were randomized into aged or young group consisting of subgroups of treatment and controls.The aged group were administered with D-galactose for aging models and fed with oral garlicin for consecutive 14 days,whereas the control groups were managed with equal amount of normal saline.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the plasma concentrations of ACTH and CORT.Results:Both ACTH and CORT contents in the aged animals were found significantly lower than those in young ones(P<0.05).Elevated levels of ACTH and CORT were seen the in the treatment groups as compared with the controls(P<0.05),although the same results were seen in the aged mice treated by the agent compared to their counterparts,yet,the difference was minor(P>0.05).Conclusion:Garlicin can improve the release of ACTH and CORT through hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal(HPA) axis in mice,and the influence appears significant in young animal.
