共沉淀法合成YAG:Ce纳米粉体

摘    要:通过在NH4HCO3溶液中滴加Ce(NO3)3、A1(NO3)3和Y(NO3)3的混合溶液,共沉淀生成YAG:Ce的碳酸盐前驱体,对YAG前驱体在不同温度下进行灼烧,并采用IR、XRD和TEM等测试手段对粉体进行表征。结果表明,在1100℃下煅烧YAG前驱体,得到无YAP、YAM中间相的出现纯YAG晶相,所得粉体晶粒直径为20~50nm,具有较好的分散性。同时,荧光测试表明Ce:YAG粉体具有良好的发光性能。

Abstract:Precursors were prepared by Al(NO3)3 9H2O, Ce(NO3)3 6H2O and Y2O3with ammonium hydrogen carbonate as the precipitator. A carbonate precursor of yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) was synthesized by a co-precipitation method from a mixed solution of A1 (NO3)3 and Y(NO3)3, with NH4HCO3 as the precipitant. The precursor precipitant is characterized by IR, XRD and TEM. The precursor is calcined at different temperatures. It is found that the precursor completely transforms to YAG phase at about 1100℃, no in- termediate phase, such as YAP and YAM, was observed. The sizes of the grains were in the range of 20 - 50 nm. YAG : Ce powers with nanometer size, homogeneous dispersion , can be obtained by this method. The photoluminescence spectrum of the crystalline YAG : Ce phosphors showed that YAG : Ce phosphors had excellent luminescence property.
