柴芩承气汤为主治疗急性重症胰腺炎

目的总结用柴芩承气汤为主的方法治疗急性重症胰腺炎的经验。方法分析本院1994年10月至2009年11月收治的96例急性重症胰腺炎病例用柴芩承气汤为主的治疗方法和疗效。结果 88例急性重症胰腺炎经柴芩承气汤为主的非手术治疗方法治愈。5例非手术治疗过程中因胆道梗阻急症手术。本组死亡3例,1例术后死于真菌感染,另1例死于急性呼吸窘迫综合征,1例死于糖尿病酮症酸中毒和急性肾功能衰竭。结论柴芩承气汤为主治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效是满意的,其方法是值得推荐的。

Eperiences in treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis by Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction

Objective To summarize the experiences of Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction as the main therapy method in severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）.Methods Ninety-six patients with SAP admitted from October 1994 to November 2009 were retrospectively reviewed and the results of Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction treatment analyzed. Results In the series, 88 patients with SAP were cured with integrated treatment, 5 patients underwent emergency operation due to biliary tract obstruction in the course of nonoperative treatment, three of the series died, one died of fungus infection, one died of acute respiratory distress syndrome, the other died of diabetic ketoacidosis and acute renal failure. Conclusion Chaiqing Chengqi Decoction on integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is satisfactorily effective in SAP, hence the method is worth recommended.
