红黑二丸对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响

摘    要:目的探讨红黑二丸对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响。方法采用直接给药的试验方法,在给药后30 min、60min、90 min等不同时间,用WX-9型微循环显微镜观察小鼠耳廓微细动、静脉口径、毛细血管交叉网开放数量等指标的变化。结果红黑二丸能明显增大正常小鼠耳廓微细动、静脉口径,增加毛细血管开放数目,改善微循环(P〈0.01)。结论红黑二丸具有显著改善小鼠耳廓微循环作用,为该药活血化瘀作用提供实验依据。
