| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医康复治疗对脑卒中后肩手综合征早期疼痛的临床疗效。方法 对照组给予常规治疗及康复训练；中药组除给予以上治疗外，加用中药薰洗治疗。6个月后观察两组患者的临床疗效，结果进行统计学处理。结果 中药组与对照组疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论 中西医康复治疗对脑卒中后肩手综合征早期疼痛的疗效显著。
