中国南方电网在线分布式建模系统研究与设计

摘    要:为了满足中国南方电网全局协调控制和在线安全稳定分析的需要,基于IEC 61970标准,提出了南方电网在线分布式建模系统的设计方案。各省调能量管理系统(EMS)通过调度数据网自动向总调EMS远程在线传输各自的电网模型和图形,在总调侧完成模型和图形的自动拼接,在线自动生成包括南方电网500 kV/220 kV交流系统和高压直流输电系统的全局模型和图形。给出了总体方案,详细设计了总调侧和省调侧的软件体系结构。介绍了关键技术,包括:模型边界的确定和维护、设备命名规范和处理技术、公共信息模型(CIM)扩展、CIM拼接、可缩放矢量图形(SVG)拼接和组织、交直流混合全模型在线高级应用、校验和运行维护机制等,设计了主要性能指标。该系统的实施将为建设中的南方电网新EMS、网省协调自动电压控制(AVC)、在线安全预警和预决策系统提供完整的在线模型。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of global coordinated control and online security assessment of China Southern Power Grid (CSG), the design of online distributed modeling system based on IEC 61970 standard for CSG is proposed. Models and graphs built in existed provincial energy management systems (EMSs) are transferred automatically to the control center of CSG through a wide-area power dispatch network, and then combined automatically into a consistent model for the whole 500 kV/220 kV AC/DC hybrid CSG. Some key technologies, including the determination and maintenance of model boundary, criterion for the re-denomination of equipment, extension of common information model (CIM), combination of CIM, combination and organization of scalable vector graphics (SVG) based graph, online advanced applications for whole AC/DC hybrid CSG, mechanisms of model validation and operational maintenance, are introduced. Several performance indices are designed. Implementation of the designed system will provide whole online model for some developing application systems in CSG, such as new EMS, coordinated automatic voltage control, online security early warning and decision-making systems, etc.
