膀胱管理方案在脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱康复护理中的应用

目的:探讨膀胱管理方案在脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱康复护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2010年5月~2013年1月我院收治的66例脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者随机分为观察组32例和对照组34例。对照组给予常规治疗护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上采用膀胱管理方案,包括饮水计划、间歇导尿计划及膀胱锻练计划3个方面。比较两组患者每次平均尿量、每天平均排尿次数、残余尿量及膀胱恢复情况。结果:观察组患者每次平均尿量及每天排尿次数均明显多于对照组(P0.05),且残余尿量明显少于对照组(P0.05);观察组膀胱恢复情况明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:膀胱管理方案对脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者有良好的效果,易于操作,且不受医院环境和条件的限制,可以广泛应用于临床护理。

Nursing study for patients on neurogenic bladder following spinal cord injury treated with bladder management

Objective：To observe the effects of bladder management for patients on neurogenic bladder following spinal cord injury. Methods：66 patients with neurogenic bladder patients following spinal cord injury from May 2010 to Jan. 2013 were divided into control group （n=34） and observation group （n=32）. 32 cases based on the comprehensive treatment and care,added bladder management,including drinking project,intermittent catheterization and run-ning bladder voiding function training;the control group only did the comprehensive treatment and care. Results：To compare the bladder residual urine,aver-age volume of urine and micturition of the two groups after nursing,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the residual urine volume was lower than the control group （P〈0. 05）. The bladder recovery of observation group was better than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclu-sion：Based on the comprehensive treatment and care,the effects of bladder management on neurogenic bladder patients following spinal cord injury were bet-ter than that of only running routine nursing,the nursing procedure was convenient,and was worth popularizing.
