| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院发生药物不良反应(ADR)的情况,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法:采用回顾性调查的方法对120例不良反应报告进行统计分析.结果:120例ADR报告中,男性多于女性；6岁以下患儿占65.0％；静脉给药途径引发不良反应占82.5％；抗生素类药物导致的不良反应占66.67％:临床表现以皮疹、红斑、瘙痒等最为多见.结论:做好不良反应的监测工作,及时为临床提供用药信息,减少不良反应的重复发生.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the adverse drug reactions(ADRs) and provide suggestions for clinical rational drug administration.Methods: The paper analyzed 120 cases of ADRs collected from a retrospective survey.Results: Among 120 cases of ADRs,males were more than females;patients younger than 6 years old accounted for 65.0%;82.5% of ADRs was caused by intravenous injection;66.67% of ADRs were caused by antibiotics.The clinical symptoms were mainly rash,erythema and itching.Conclusions: It is necessary to monitor the ADRs,provide information for clinical drug administration and reduce ADRs. |
