胶印机PLC与HMI信号接口的框架研究

摘    要:分析了胶印机可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)与人机界面(HMI)之间信息交互的信号接口框架。对接口信号进行了分类,并对信号接口地址进行了有规律可循的分配,使其有利于PLC和HMI用户程序的编制、提高编程效率和程序模块化的控制。PLC和HMI信号接口的建立将有助于推动未来自动化印刷柔性控制技术的进一步发展。

Abstract:The frame of signal interface between programmable logic controller(PLC)and human machine interface(HMI)for offset press is discussed.The interface signal is classified.The signal interface is assigned in order.So that the signal interface helps to program for PLC and HMI user,raise program efficiency and modularize control program.Moreover,it helps user to understand control program.The setup of PLC and HMI signal will contribute to develop automatic printed flexible control technology.
