摘    要:在内径0.14 m,高1.6 m的气固流化床中,以空气和FCC颗粒为气相和固相,运用商业模拟软件Fluent 6.2,通过自编C语言程序,将声场模型与Fluent 6.2中的传统模型结合,研究了径向颗粒浓度分布、轴向压力波动均方根(pRMS)和颗粒温度,分析了声场对床内气固流动状态的影响。结果表明:鼓泡床密相区径向颗粒浓度呈抛物线分布,声场的加入增大了轴向颗粒浓度,减小了气泡尺寸;pRMS随声压级的增大而增大,说明气泡形成与破裂频率加快;颗粒温度也随声压级的增大而增大;模拟结果与实验值吻合较好。
