| 摘 要： | 连杆是旋转运动和直线运动相互转换的常用构件,其两孔平行度误差直接影响到连杆的使用性能。以某企业连杆产品为研究对象,介绍了一种长孔距连杆两孔中心线平行度的检测方法,并提出质量控制措施,解决了由此引起的整机质量问题。

| Abstract: | Connecting rod is the common component for the transformation between rotary motion and linear motion. Its two-hole parallelism error directly affects the performance of connecting rod. Taking a connecting rod products as the research object, parallelism test method of the connecting rod two hole centerline is introduced, and quality control measures are proposed to solve the resulting machine quality problems. |
