螺环季酮酸衍生物的合成及生物活性研究

摘    要:以螺螨酯类杀螨剂为先导,运用类同合成、生物电子等排理论,合成了28个螺环季酮酸类新化合物。通过1H NMR、IR和元素分析对所合成的化合物进行了结构确认。初步生物活性测试结果表明,在试验浓度下部分化合物具有很高的生物活性。

Abstract:Twenty-eight novel spirocyclic tetronic acid compounds were designed and synthesized according to "simillar synthesis" and "bioisosterism" from the spirodiclofen. The structuers of the target compounds were confimed by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay results showed that some compounds in the test had good biological activity at the experimental concentrations.
