人参挥发油化学成分的研究

本研究所用样品是吉林省靖宇县产六年生五加科人参属植物人参的干燥根。样品经乙醚提取,得棕色油状物。经减压蒸馏,得第一镏分,黄色油状,b·P 90～92℃,d 0.8890,n 1.4935。第二镏分,棕色油状,b·P 109～124℃,d 0.8975,n 1.4797。分别用气相色谱——质谱——计算机联用仪分离鉴定,第一镏分含有β-榄香烯、β-及γ-古芸烯、别香木兰烯等三十种化合物。第二镏分含香茅醇醋酸酯、棕榈酸甲酯,亚油酸乙酯等二十二种化合物以及多种高级烷烃。

Studies on the chemical constituents of volatile oils of Panax Ginseng

A brown oil of ginseng was obtained from the ether extract of the dried root of Panax Ginseng.It was fractionally distilled under reduced pressure (6mm Hg) and two kinds of oil of b.p 90-92℃, d 0.8890, n 1.4935 and b.p 109-124℃, d 0.8975, n 1.4794 were obtaind. Identification with gas chromatography and mass spectrum analysis and by comparison with authentic samples, the former was proved to contain β-elemene, β-gurjuene, rrr-guijuene, alloaromadendrene etc; the latter was proved to contain citronellyl acetate,methyl palmitate,ethyl linoleate, butyl 1-3,6-ditertbutyl phthalate etc.
