城市人居环境质量综合评价的熵模糊物元模型及其应用

摘    要:本文在模糊物元分析的基础上,结合欧氏贴近度的概念,应用基于欧氏贴近度的模糊物元分析方法对城市人居环境质量进行综合评价。实例研究中,将评价城市各待评年度的人居环境质量作为物元的事物,以各项评价指标及其相应的模糊量值构造复合模糊物元,通过计算与标准模糊物元之间的欧氏贴近度值,实现待评样本年度人居环境质量状况的识别与排序,与其它评价方法相比较,其计算简单、方便,结果合理。

Abstract:In this paper, in view of the uncertainty of indexes for evaluating urban human settlement, a fuzzy matter-element model was established based on the fuzzy set theory and the concept of Euclid approach degree. In a case study, the urban human settlement quality of each evaluated year was considered as the matter-element, and the fuzzy matter-element was composed of evaluated indexes and corresponding quantity values. Furthermore, with the computation of Euclid approach degree between the standard matter-element and the fuzzy one, the reorganization and grade classification for urban human settlement of evaluated samples were obtained. In conclusion, the method presented in this paper was more practical for comprehensively evaluating the urban human settlement when compared with other methods.
