| 摘 要： | 肝细胞癌（HCC）合并门静脉高压临床常见，且预后较差；目前尚无针对HCC合并门静脉高压的治疗指南。TIPS可有效治疗门静脉高压及其并发症。本文就TIPS用于治疗HCC合并门静脉高压的应用现状及焦点问题进行述评。

| Abstract: | Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) complicated with portal hypertension is common in clinic, and the prognosis is poor, yet no specific guideline for treating strategy for these patients has been reached uptill now. TIPS can be used to effectively control portal hypertension and related complications. The current status and focus of TIPS for treating HCC complicated with portal hypertension were reviewed and commented in this article. |
