| 摘 要： | 为了满足未来智能电网对全景状态信息进行监测和共享的需要,文中提出基于IEC 61850标准的输变电设备状态监测集成方法,并给出了集成平台的系统结构.通过对无缝通用通信服务器、协议转换方法以及状态监测实时通信等关键问题的研究,将不同厂商、不同通信接口、不同通信协议的输变电状态在线监测装置同时接入并集成到IEC 61850技术体系,并对外提供统一的IEC 61850通信接口.采用荷兰KEMA公司UniCA 61850 Analyzer分析仪捕获并分析了所实现的关联、目录获取与报告等服务的报文,验证了实现方法的正确性和可行性.
