| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析燃气安全管理中存在的问题，研究提出了防范燃气事故的对策：一是明确燃气安全事故责任主体的防范责任，二是加强源头管理，变革工程质量监督方式，确保工程质量，三是加大政策执行力度，强化运营和使用环节的管理。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the existent problem of gas security management, the article puts forward three countermeasures to prevent related accident. First, it＇s to make clear prevention responsibility of accident responsibility body. Secondly, it should strengthen headstream management and reform engineering quality supervision modes. Thirdly, it＇s important to increase using link and operation management intensity. |
