摘    要:循环流化床锅炉是一个分布参数,非线性、时变、多交量紧密耦合的被控制对象,其中主汽压力和料床温度是关键参数,又是具有紧密关系强耦合变量,它们均是通过调节给煤量和一次送风量来实现控制的,这就给燃烧控制系统的设计带来困难,难以实现精确的控制。本文提出了一在于多变量频域解耦控制理论的补偿式解耦控制系统,解决了主汽压力和料床温度的燃烧系统控制难题,经在35t/h循环流化床实用,取得了满意的结果。

Abstract:A circulating fluidized bed boiler represents a kind of controlled object with a full spectrum of closely coupled factors, such as distributed parameters, nonlinearity, time dependent change and multi variable feature. Among others, the main steam pressure and material bed temperature are key parameters, and also constitute strongly coupled variables with very close interrelations. They are fulfilled in practice by way of regulating coal feed and primary air supply rate. The above circumstances will create some difficulties for the design of a combustion control system, making it hard to realize an accurate control. In the present paper proposed is a compensatory decoupled control system, based on a decoupled control theory of multi variable frequency domain. With the help of such a system one can solve the difficult issues of the combustion control system related to the main steam pressure and material bed temperature. Its practical use on a 35 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler has been found to be quite satisfactory.
