摘    要:介绍Yarway Templow型减温器结构特点及在华能大连电厂3、4号机组中的使用情况,详细分析减温系统在运行中出现的典型故障和缺陷,通过采取喷水减温阀和减温器分开布置方式,选用JT664Y(M)型喷水减温阀,优化一级喷水减温阀的调节方式,解决了主蒸汽喷水减温系统存在的经常发生喷头断裂和喷水减温阀卡涩、盘根漏泄的问题,保证了主蒸汽温度的可控性,提高了锅炉运行安全性和经济性。

Abstract:The configuration features of Yarway Templow type desuperheater and its application status in No.3and No.4units of Huaneng Dalian Power Plant are briefed and the typical fanlts and defects appearing in the operation of desuperheating system are analyzed in detail in this paper.By using the separate layout of spray desuperheating valve and desuperheater and selecting JT664Y(M)type spray desuperheating valve,and optimizing the regulation mode of one stage spray desuperheating valve,the spray head breaking,blocking of spray desuperheating valve and leakage of packing etc.problems frequently occurring in the spray desuperheating system of main steam have been solved,with the controllability of main steam temperature guaranteed and the safety and economics of boiler operation improved.
