| 摘 要： | 解决以订单型为主要生产方式的某服装企业在生产过程中存在不同颜色、码数的订单产品出现多生产、少生产或错生产的问题.采取科学合理高效的数据库和编码设计,以及组件技术的方法,实现生产计划在各生产部门的实施得到精确控制,减少了成本的损失,保证了订单的准确、按时完成.

| Abstract: | Production planning is the core of the production management system,and it has a direct impact on the implementation of the production of the enterprise efficiency.In order to solve the problem that the different color,the code number order products present the more prodution,the few production or the wrong production in the production process,the scientific reasonable and efficient database design and coding design,as well as the component technology were studied to realize the production planning to be under the accuracy control in each production department＇s implementation,reducing the cost loss,ensuring the order production accurately completed on time. |
