城市化进程中东北少数民族人口受教育状况与变动

随着经济社会的发展和城市化进程的加快，东北少数民族教育取得了巨大成就，少数民族人口受教育水平大幅度提高。但是同东北平均水平相比还存在一定的差距，并且存在着少数民族文盲、半文盲人口绝对数不断增加、少数民族受教育水平城乡差异、省域差异较大等问题。树立发展型民族教育政策理念，科学设计、尽快完善民族教育政策体系，是解决城市化进程中少数民族教育问题的根本途径。

Influences of Urbanization v.s Educational Conditions for Ethnic Minorities in Northeast China

The education for ethnic minorities in Northeast China has achieved greatly with the rapid urbanization and the development of national economy. Though the educational standard has been progressed largely, there still exist gaps comparing to the average level of the whole areas. Problems like the increasing illiterate and semiliterate population of the minorities, different education conditions between urban and rural areas and among the provinces （i. e. the three provinces in Northeast China） could be solved by making sustainable educational policies for ethnic minorities and perfecting the policy system with scientific design.
