硼中子俘获治疗中血硼浓度的测量方法

摘    要: 介绍了硼中子俘获治疗(BNCT)过程中的血硼浓度测量的概念,分析总结了物理测量法、化学测量法、核测量法这3 种测量血硼浓度方法的不足。其中,着重介绍了基于核测量法的血硼浓度测量技术。血硼浓度的快速精确的测量是硼中子俘获治疗过程中的关键,综述了核测量法--瞬发γ射线中子活化分析(PGNAA)技术的发展及应用;PGNAA装置测量血硼浓度的技术现状;当前核测量方法存在的问题及解决办法。认为未来硼浓度测量技术的发展方向是BNCT治疗肿瘤时四维估算照射剂量技术。

Abstract:This paper introduces the concept of blood born concentration measurement in the process of boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT). The deficiency of the physical, chemical, and nuclear methods for blood boron measurement is analyzed with a focus on the nuclear method. Rapidly and accurately measuring the blood boron concentration is the key in the process of BNCT. The status quo and development of the prompt gamma neutron activation analysis (PGNAA) are discussed. The problems and solutions of existing nuclear measurement methods are summarized. Future techniques for measuring blood boron concentration may be oriented toward fourdimensional estimation of exposure dose in the process of tumor therapy using BNCT.
