摘    要:具备虚拟惯性的变速风电机组接入电网,互联系统的暂态稳定控制将因惯性可控而更加灵活.首先推导含风电的两区域互联电力系统的线性化状态方程,分析风电机组的虚拟惯性作为系统运行可控参数对暂态功角特性的影响机理.其次,针对互联系统两侧区域电网,分别提出基于惯性调节的系统功角暂态稳定控制策略,通过协调两侧子区域惯性,提高系统功角暂态稳定.最后,通过建立高风电渗透下的两区域电网的仿真模型,验证所提控制策略通过灵活调节风电惯性,可显著改善区域互联系统的功角暂态稳定性.

Abstract:The transient stability of the interconnected power system connected with variable speed wind turbines will be regulated flexibly due to the controllable inertias. In this paper, the linear state equation of interconnected power system with wind turbines was derived firstly. As a new operation parameter, the impact of virtual inertia on transient characteristics of power angle was analyzed. Following that, based on the virtual inertia regulation, two control strategies adapted for the two side regional networks were proposed respectively. As a result, an improved transient stability of power angles can be achieved by coordinating the inertias between two side regional networks. Finally, a typical two area interconnected power grid with high wind power penetration was used to validate the proposed control strategies. The simulation results show that by regulating the virtual inertias of wind turbines, the transient stability of the power angle can be significantly enhanced in the interconnected power system.
