膨胀式尾管悬挂器在高压气井固井中的应用

摘    要:固井作业中的环空漏失是高压气井及异常高压气井固井作业中所面临的难题,常规边漏失边固井的现场固井技术无法使固井质量得到有效保障,给后期开采作业带来安全隐患,甚至导致部分井的报废。鉴于膨胀管技术的进展及其优势,介绍了膨胀式尾管悬挂器的结构组成、工作原理与技术特点,并结合塔里木油田迪那2 8井的固井实例,分析了膨胀式尾管悬挂器在异常高压气井固井中的应用效果。结果表明,在异常高压气井应用膨胀式尾管悬挂器固井不仅质量良好,而且可以彻底解决卡瓦式尾管悬挂器在固井中的环空泄漏问题,施工工艺简单,安全性更高。该技术的应用为异常高压气井固井提供了新的途径。

Abstract:Fluid loss is a difficulty for the engineers in the cementing of high and abnormally high pressure gas wells. The traditional cementing while leaking technology can not ensure a good cementing quality, which will bring potential safety hazards for later production, or even will lead to well abandonment in some cases. This paper introduced the status quo and the advantages of expandable tubulars, and described the components, the working principles and the technical features of the expandable liner hanger. And by putting the expandable liner hanger into the cementing practice on the well Dina 2 8 in the Tarim Oilfield as a case study, this paper also analyzed the application efficiency of the expandable liner hanger used in cementing gas wells with abnormally high pressure. The result indicates that the expandable liner hanger will help to have a good cementing quality, and will completely solve the previously encountered problem of annulus leakage when slip type liner hanger was used in the cementing, thus to save costs by easy and safe operation and provide a new means for cementing the abnormally high pressure gas wells.
