固体颗粒对超声空化场的影响

摘    要:根据超声化学基础理论研究的结果,微小固体颗粒的存在可以促进超声场中空化作用的效果,活性炭(AC)和氧化铝均是优良的催化剂载体,本研究采用铝箔腐蚀法测量了将其加入超声反应器后的超声空化场分布情况,并用MATLAB软件对铝箔腐蚀结果进行了定量分析,结果表明固体颗粒加入在提高超声空化强度的同时还可以显著改善声场均匀性,颗粒活性炭对空化的促进的效果要优于粉末活性炭,高固体含量下氧化铝效果优于活性炭的效果。

Abstract:According to the theory of sonochemisty,particles in the ultrasound field can promote the effect of the ultrasonic cavitation.In this work,aluminium foil erosion method was used to measure the distribution of the ultrasonic cavitation field which had been added with active carbons or alumina in advance.Useful result can be derived by analyzing the image of the erosion pattern with the software of MATLAB.The results indicate that the particles added in the ultrasonic cavitation field can not only enhance the intensity of the cavitation phenomenon but also improve the uniformity of the cavitation field.The improvement of the ultrasonic cavition intensity by active carbon granule was higher than that by active carbon powder.The effect of alumina was better than active carbon in the situation of high particle content.
