汽车保险杠的轻量化设计

摘    要:在节能环保大趋势下,汽车各个部件都在进行轻量化设计。保险杠在轻量化的同时还要保证其碰撞安全性,因而带来了一定的挑战。本文首先介绍了保险杠的结构和常用材料,然后从结构轻量化和材料轻量化两方面着手,介绍了该领域近年来一些新的发展动态。

Abstract:As the trend to environmental protection,lightweight design of automotive became more and more popular.Taking account of crash safety,the lightweight design of bumpers is more difficult.The structure and materials of bumpers were introduced and the new development was covered in both structure lightweight and material lightweight.
