某涡轴发动机燃气涡轮性能研究

摘    要:利用数值模拟的方法对某涡轴发动机的燃气涡轮部分进行性能研究,计算结果同实验数据结果吻合较好,性能曲线显示该燃气涡轮具有较宽广的稳定工作范围.研究发现静叶叶栅出口为超音速流动,具有后加载叶型的特征,其叶栅总能量损失较小;动叶叶栅前缘负倚较大,在吸力面前缘位置有较大的压力变化,叶栅内部通道涡和间隙泄漏涡掺混导致较大的能量损失.

Abstract:The gas turbine performance of the turboshaft engine was carried out by numerical method.The numerical result is similar to the experimental data.The performance curve shows that the gas turbine has a good wide performance.The stator of the gas turbine is a kind of aft-loaded profile with a supersonic outlet flow and the energy loss is slight.The rotor is pre-loaded profile with pressure varying largely in the front of the suction surface.And the main energy loss is due to the passage vortex and the tip lea...
