摘    要:在一内径190mm,高5500mm流化床实验装置内,以FCC催化剂为流化介质,空气为流化气体,采用直射式光导纤维探头于湍流流化区,测定了床中气泡的大小、上升速度及分率等参数,并对实验结果进行了关联。

Abstract:An optical fiber probe has been designed and used to measure the radial profiles of the bubble parameters including the ascending velocity,the chord length and the volume fraction in a fluidized bed with an inside diameter of 190mm and a height of 5500mm.The experimental results indicate that,in the turbulent fluidizing regimes,the bubble size and the bubble velocity have a uniform distribution along both the axial and the radial directions in the bed.However,there occurs a non_uniform distribution of the bubble fraction,which increases with the axial direction and decreases remarkably with the radial direction.All these parameters increase with the increase of the gas velocity.The related experimental results are regressed.
